As is customary with most villas in Cape Coral, electricity is not fully included to encourage mindful use of the AC and pool heater. However, you receive a generous allowance of $50 per week. Any usage above this amount is fairly calculated at just $0.20 per additional kWh and deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.
Florida requires a mandatory 11.5% tax (6.5% Sales Tax + 5% Tourist Tax). When you inquire directly through our website, we will clearly outline these taxes in our final quote for full transparency.
We love animals, but out of consideration for guests with allergies, Villa Juhara is strictly a pet-free home. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. However, you are more than welcome to smoke outside on the spacious terrace (lanai) and pool area. Ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
No, you can travel light! Upon arrival, all beds will be freshly made for you. We also provide plenty of hand and bath towels, large pool towels, as well as special beach towels for all our guests free of charge.
To ensure your vacation starts the moment you arrive, we provide a complimentary "Starter Kit". This includes toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and Nespresso capsules for your first morning.
You are in excellent hands! Our professional, English- and German-speaking property management team will visit you the day after arrival for a personal check-in, explain the home's features, and remain available for any questions throughout your stay.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM so our cleaning team can prepare the villa for the next guests.
Yes, we require a standard security deposit of $1,500. This will be promptly refunded after your departure and the home inspection, minus any additional electricity costs.
Yes, our infinity pool is equipped with a powerful electric heat pump, ensuring comfortable water temperatures even during the winter months.
Tap water in Cape Coral usually has a high chlorine content and is not of the best quality. To provide you with maximum comfort, we have installed a dedicated whole-house water treatment system. This means you can enjoy chlorine-free water in "Spring-Water" quality throughout the entire house.
